Funeral Home Sales Representative (3 Positions)

About the role

A funeral home, recruited by Brites Management Services, is looking for three compassionate and results-oriented Sales Representatives in Kabati, Murang'a County. The role supports the growth of funeral service offerings through client engagement, relationship building and community outreach. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Create awareness of funeral arrangements, packages and related offerings, and engage individuals, families and organisations to understand their needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, employers, churches, SACCOs and other referral partners, visiting them regularly.
• Take part in community outreach, awareness campaigns and company events, and gather feedback from families and partners.
• Advise families on service options and respond to inquiries with empathy, confidentiality and professionalism.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, referrals, leads and inquiries, and prepare regular reports on outreach and partnerships.
• Represent the funeral home professionally and work closely with funeral operations teams and management.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations or a related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in sales, customer service, business development or client relationship management.
• Experience in funeral services, insurance, healthcare, hospitality or similar is an added advantage.
• A valid driver's licence is an added advantage.

Required skills

• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and persuasion skills.
