German-Speaking Telesales Agent

About the role

This is a German‑speaking telesales position focused on outbound calling campaigns. You will contact self‑employed commercial agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real‑estate professionals to pitch a partnership model for a fast‑growing European clean‑energy company.

Key responsibilities

• Run high‑volume outbound calling campaigns to independent agents, brokers and real‑estate professionals.
• Present the partnership model clearly, handle objections in real time and qualify interest.
• Move qualified prospects to the next step of the sales process.
• Achieve monthly call and conversion targets set by the team.
• Log call outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM.
• Share call patterns and insights with the team to improve strategy.
• Follow data‑protection, compliance and call‑guideline rules at all times.

Required profile

• Fluent German – all calls are conducted in German.
• Prior outbound sales or telesales experience, preferably B2B partner acquisition.
• Background in financial services, insurance, real‑estate, energy or telecommunications is a plus.
• Confident speaking with independent sales reps, managing directors and sales leaders.
• Resilient communicator comfortable working toward targets and handling objections.
• Comfortable documenting activities in a structured CRM with high data quality.
• Available during core hours 9:00–17:00 CET, Monday‑Friday.
