Graduate Recruitment & University Relations Manager

About the role

The Graduate Recruitment & University Relations Manager will design, build and lead the company's graduate talent acquisition strategy and university partnership ecosystem across all operating countries. This role creates a sustainable pipeline of high‑potential graduates, interns and emerging professionals and serves as the architect of the Group Graduate Academy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top‑performing graduates from leading universities and build employer branding initiatives on campuses.
• Establish long‑term strategic partnerships with universities, colleges and student associations, including scholarships, internships and curriculum collaboration.
• Design and deliver structured graduate trainee programmes, internship and industrial attachment programmes.
• Develop onboarding, induction and accelerated development programmes to build technical, professional and commercial acumen.
• Support cross‑functional exposure, rotations and placement of high‑potential graduates into critical business functions.

Required profile

• 7+ years progressive experience in talent acquisition, graduate recruitment or university relations.
• Minimum 3 years leading graduate recruitment programmes or campus hiring initiatives.
• Proven success establishing university partnerships and talent pipelines across multiple countries.
• Experience designing graduate trainee, internship or leadership development programmes.

Required skills

• Experience using recruitment technologies, ATS platforms and talent analytics tools.
• Strong employer branding and talent management capabilities.
