Growth and Acquisition Lead

About the role

Kuzana Inc is seeking a Growth and Acquisition Lead to design and scale a repeatable founder acquisition engine. The role focuses on turning awareness into qualified, investment‑ready founder applications, rather than traditional social metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp, email, partnerships, events and direct outreach.
• Own the full acquisition funnel: optimise landing pages, reduce application friction, build nurture sequences and ensure leads are properly segmented.
• Implement tracking, attribution and weekly performance dashboards to identify drop‑offs and improve conversion rates.
• Run and optimise paid and organic growth campaigns, continuously testing audiences, messaging, offers and follow‑up sequences.
• Collaborate with content creators to translate funnel insights into briefs, hooks and calls‑to‑action.

Required profile

• Proven experience generating and converting qualified leads for B2B or venture‑backed organisations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to build dashboards and interpret data.
• Experience in startups, venture capital, performance or demand‑generation marketing is highly desirable.
