Head of Government & Public Relations – eVTOL

About the role

The Head of Government & Public Relations will lead the development and execution of strategies that shape public policy, regulatory frameworks, and legislative initiatives for advanced air mobility (AAM) technologies. Working closely with government agencies, industry coalitions, and internal teams, you will drive public acceptance and create a favorable ecosystem for eVTOL operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement advocacy strategies to support AAM initiatives in target markets such as the US, Brazil, and other countries.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments, including FAA rulemaking and airspace integration policies.
• Engage with policymakers, regulators, and industry associations (e.g., FAA, GAMA, NASA) to advance Eve’s position.
• Represent the company in public forums, working groups, and industry coalitions.
• Collaborate with legal and technical teams to draft policy briefs, comment letters, and position papers.
• Provide executive leadership with risk assessments and opportunity analyses related to policy and regulatory affairs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in government affairs, public policy, or regulatory affairs, preferably in aviation or emerging mobility sectors.
• Proven track record of influencing legislation and building relationships with government officials.
• Strong understanding of eVTOL certification, urban air traffic management, and AAM operations.
