Head of Investment

About the role

The Head of Investment will lead the development and execution of Powervision Consultancy’s investment strategy, aligning it with the company’s broader business objectives. This senior position reports to senior management and is responsible for driving growth through strategic investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the organization’s investment strategy across sectors and asset classes.
• Identify, evaluate, and secure viable investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research, economic analysis, and industry assessments to inform decisions.
• Prepare investment proposals, feasibility studies, financial models, and business cases.
• Manage and optimise the investment portfolio, monitoring performance and risks.
• Lead financial analysis, valuation, and due‑diligence for prospective transactions.
• Present investment reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.
• Mentor and develop the investment team, setting performance targets and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Investment Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in investment management, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Proven track record in portfolio management and leading investment transactions.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, valuation methodologies, and risk management principles.
• Experience leading and developing investment teams.
