Healthcare Home Care Scheduler (Remote)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to manage caregiver rosters for home‑care clients. The position is fully remote, supporting clients and caregivers across different time zones while ensuring seamless coverage and communication.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and update caregiver schedules on a daily basis.
- Assign clients to appropriate caregivers and ensure shift coverage.
- Handle schedule changes, staffing issues, and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Communicate schedule details and updates professionally with both caregivers and clients.
- Verify timesheets and assist with payroll‑related processes.
- Keep accurate scheduling and employee records.
Required profile
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience as a Scheduler, preferably in healthcare, home care, or caregiving.
- Stable work history with no frequent job changes.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
