Hotel Marketing Specialist (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Hotel Marketing Specialist to boost the visibility and occupancy of our five‑star property in the Masai Mara region. The role will involve creating and executing marketing campaigns, building relationships with travel agencies and tour operators, and adapting pricing strategies based on market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement targeted marketing plans for the hotel.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with local, national and international travel agencies and tour operators.
• Coordinate with conference organizers and tourism companies to attract group bookings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing timely feedback to adjust strategies and pricing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a Tourism Professional Certificate.
• Minimum five years of experience in hospitality or tourism marketing.
• Strong team spirit, lively personality, and a professional work ethic.
• Deep understanding of the tourism industry and market dynamics.
