About the role
The HR Officer will support Accord Medical Supplies in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records and leave administration. This on‑site position requires a proactive approach to HR processes within a medical supplies environment.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage leave and attendance systems.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements and internal workplace policies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations and workplace policies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with HR management systems.
