HR Operations Generalist – Remote Contract

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to support a global technology platform on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while delivering clear, concise assistance to users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide English language support to users via chat, email or other communication channels.
• Assist users with account setup, verification and platform navigation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to accounts, transactions or technical difficulties.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions and user feedback in the designated system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and communication tools.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to work independently.
