About the role

We are seeking an English‑speaking HR Operations Generalist to join a global technology platform on a contract basis. This fully remote position supports users worldwide, handling onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries to ensure smooth platform experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear, concise English support via chat, email, or other communication channels.
• Assist users with account setup, verification, and navigation of the platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to user accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and user feedback in the designated system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.

Required profile

• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Prior experience in customer support, generalist support, or administrative roles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
