Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer

About the role

In All Media is expanding its Enterprise Security and Cloud Infrastructure teams to modernize its identity and access landscape. We are looking for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer who will bridge security policies and operational implementation, ensuring robust, production‑ready configurations across modern cloud ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze existing technical guidelines and translate them into seamless directory synchronization, authentication, and access‑management configurations.
• Design and implement zero‑trust architectures, including identity federation, MFA, and conditional access policies.
• Participate in technical engineering roundtables, turning business logic into concrete design recommendations.
• Automate lifecycle management tasks by scripting against identity APIs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience engineering and managing enterprise IAM platforms.
• Proven ability to quickly ramp up in complex environments and deliver production‑ready configurations with minimal hand‑holding.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise directory synchronization, directory protocols, and modern access models.
• Collaborative mindset with experience in technical design discussions.

Required skills

• Extensive experience configuring Okta and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of directory synchronization, identity federation, MFA, and conditional access.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell and Python for API automation.
