Instructor – Digital Marketing & Digital Customer Service

About the role

The Instructor will lead Generation Kenya’s Digital Marketing and Digital Customer Service training programmes, delivering curriculum that equips learners with practical, job‑ready skills. Working from the Nairobi hub, you will support a diverse cohort of participants, helping them transition into entry‑level digital roles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on digital marketing concepts and digital customer service practices.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, coaching, and feedback to learners throughout the programme.
• Collaborate with internal teams to recruit, mobilise, and retain participants for upcoming cohorts.
• Monitor learner progress and adapt teaching methods to meet Generation’s methodology and performance standards.
• Assist with curriculum development, assessment creation, and continuous improvement of training materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and/or digital customer service environments.
• Strong facilitation and instructional skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Comfort working with diverse adult learners, including those from under‑represented backgrounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
