Lead Medical Doctor – Longevity & Executive Health

About the role

We are looking for a senior medical doctor to lead our longevity, preventive and executive health services at a premium clinic in Nairobi. The role combines clinical excellence with the development of personalised wellness programmes for high‑net‑worth and executive patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical consultations, physical examinations and diagnostic assessments.
• Lead executive health check‑up programmes, interpreting laboratory and imaging results.
• Design and oversee personalised preventive‑health and optimisation plans.
• Manage IV therapy protocols, including patient screening and monitoring.
• Develop and supervise hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) protocols for wellness and performance.
• Oversee the medical weight‑management programme, from assessment to lifestyle intervention.
• Review blood tests, biomarkers and other diagnostics to provide clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with nursing, physiotherapy, aesthetic, dental and other specialists to deliver coordinated multidisciplinary care.
• Maintain evidence‑based clinical protocols, SOPs and ensure proper patient documentation and follow‑up.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBChB or equivalent) and registration to practice in Kenya.
• Minimum 5 years post‑qualification clinical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Professionalism, discretion and high emotional intelligence.
• Interest in longevity, preventive medicine, wellness and emerging medical technologies.
