Learning & Development Manager – Corporate Academy & University

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager will design, launch and lead the Company’s Corporate Academy and University, creating a world‑class learning ecosystem that develops leaders, professionals, technical specialists and future talent across all business units and countries.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Academy and University strategy, multi‑year learning roadmap and operating model.
• Design structured learning pathways for new hires, individual contributors, managers, senior leaders and high‑potential talent.
• Create and launch leadership academies, technical curricula and internal certification programmes.
• Lead LMS implementation, AI‑enabled learning tools and digital learning libraries.
• Establish partnerships with universities, professional bodies and certification providers.
• Partner with Talent Management to build leadership pipelines and support succession planning.

Required profile

• 10+ years progressive Learning & Development experience, including 5+ years leading enterprise‑wide learning functions.
• Proven experience establishing or transforming a corporate academy, university or capability development function.
• Experience in multi‑country operations and implementing digital learning ecosystems.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to create dashboards and executive reporting.

Required skills

• Learning Management System (LMS) implementation and optimisation.
• AI‑enabled learning tools and digital learning platform management.
