About the role
The Manager, Personal Lines will lead product, portfolio, and distribution strategies for personal insurance lines, ensuring commercial results and growth across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product strategy for personal insurance lines.
- Develop and manage portfolio and distribution strategies across multiple channels.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Economics or a related field.
- AIIK or ACII qualification.
- At least seven years’ relevant experience in insurance or financial services, including product, portfolio, distribution or business management.
- Experience in personal, retail or individual health insurance is an advantage.
