Sales Lead

About the role

Delta is looking for a Sales Lead to own and exceed a quarterly new‑business revenue target across its product and services portfolio. You will build an outbound pipeline across hospitals, hotels, schools, SACCOs, retailers and enterprises in Kenya and the wider region.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a full sales cycle – qualification, discovery, demo with a solutions engineer, proposal, negotiation and close.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecast weekly to leadership and respond to tenders, RFPs and partner opportunities.
• Translate operational pain into commercial cases with ROI and total cost of ownership.
• Hire and coach the first account executives as the team expands.

Required profile

• 4+ years selling B2B software, SaaS or technology services with a proven quota‑hitting record.
• Experience closing KES 1M+ deals or high‑volume SME sales.
• Strong discovery skills, comfortable presenting to CEOs, boards and procurement committees.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili; willingness to travel across Kenya.
