About the role
Acorn Holdings Africa is seeking a Manager REIT to lead its real estate investment activities, overseeing acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of properties.
Required profile
- University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
- Professional finance qualification (CFA, CAIA, MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- Compliance with CISI and/or ICIFA certification requirements.
- At least 5 years of analytical experience in the investment space.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills; experience with financial modelling preferred.
- Self‑starter with a go‑getters attitude and high personal integrity.
