Marketing and Student Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Specialist will lead marketing and student recruitment initiatives for the ANS Administration, working closely with internal teams and external partners to attract and enroll students across Kenya and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute nationwide and international student recruitment plans, including events, open days, campus tours and workshops.
• Analyse marketing data, evaluate promotional campaigns and report enrolment statistics to stakeholders.
• Grow the client base and position SONAM as a premier industry knowledge partner through networking and research.
• Partner with the Alumni Office to strengthen institutional trust and graduate connections.
• Support communication activities, media relations, event logistics and promotional content creation.
• Manage planning, delivery and quality assurance of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strategic use of social media and other digital platforms for marketing.
