Marketing & Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking a creative, proactive and results‑driven Marketing & Business Development Officer to promote our services, generate new business opportunities and strengthen our brand presence in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and apply for relevant tenders and business opportunities, preparing and coordinating tender documents.
• Reach out to potential corporate and institutional clients and maintain a database of leads.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms, create engaging content and design flyers, brochures, profiles and marketing booklets.
• Develop marketing campaigns, promotional materials and prepare regular marketing reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in marketing, business development or a similar role.
• Proven experience in tender applications (advantageous).
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Ability to use Canva or other graphic design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑driven, organised and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
