Marketing Executive – Healthcare

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that promote Galaxy Hospital’s medical services to individuals, corporate organisations and insurers. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to raise the hospital’s profile and drive patient acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business targets.
• Promote medical services to individuals, corporate clients, insurance companies and NGOs.
• Organise medical camps, health talks, wellness programmes and community outreach activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, corporate clients, NGOs and government institutions.
• Conduct market research to identify patient needs, competitor activity and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities, including social media, website updates, email marketing and online advertising.
• Prepare promotional materials such as brochures, banners, flyers and presentations.
• Plan and coordinate hospital events, exhibitions and health‑awareness campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce monthly performance reports.
• Support branding initiatives and ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 48 months of relevant marketing experience.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans in the healthcare sector.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities with doctors, corporate clients and public institutions.
• Ability to work under deadlines and achieve agreed business development targets.
