Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead marketing activities across digital, retail and customer touchpoints. You will develop and execute campaigns, manage content and digital marketing, and bring the brand to life in stores and other channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly marketing plans and multi‑channel campaigns, coordinating promotions, product launches and activations.
• Create visual concepts and oversee production of social media, digital, in‑store and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage day‑to‑day digital activities, content calendars, paid advertising and website updates while monitoring performance.
• Support retail initiatives to drive store traffic, coordinate in‑store campaigns, pop‑ups and events, and collaborate with operations teams.
• Track campaign performance, competitor activity and consumer trends to inform future marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in marketing, brand or creative roles within consumer‑facing industries.
• Strong organizational, project‑management and vendor‑coordination skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to turn ideas into executed campaigns.

• Proficiency with Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
