Marketing & Student Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Marketing & Student Recruitment Officer will drive awareness of German language programmes and guide prospective learners through the admissions journey. This role combines marketing activities with on‑the‑ground outreach to attract students to international career pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Promote German language training and international career pathways.
• Recruit students through outreach activities, presentations, career fairs, and institutional visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, professional groups, and community organisations.
• Support marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and lead generation activities.
• Follow up prospective students and assist with the admissions process.
• Represent the Institute at recruitment and promotional events.

Required profile

• Mid‑level experience (minimum 12 months) in marketing or student recruitment.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proven capability to develop and sustain relationships with educational institutions and community groups.

Required skills

• Experience with social media engagement and lead generation.
• Familiarity with supporting marketing campaigns.
