Medical Representative, CRM (Fixed-Term) - Nairobi

About the role

Norvatis Kenya is hiring a Medical Representative, CRM on a fixed-term basis, based in Nairobi (Westlands). The role focuses on driving competitive sales growth by building deep customer insights and delivering customer-centred, compliant interactions with healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise high-potential customers through data analysis (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescription decisions.
• Personalise and orchestrate customer engagement journeys for target HCPs using available content and multiple channels.
• Build long-term partnerships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers to improve the patient journey.
• Gather customer insights, follow up on feedback and turn it into actions, and share insights internally to support product and campaign planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, value-added solutions for customers and patients.
• Report technical complaints, adverse events and special cases within 24 hours of receipt.
• Meet assigned targets, daily contact rates, meeting spend, therapy/product knowledge and territory reporting requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences or another relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or medical sales, or an allied industry.
• Knowledge of the pharma industry and its changing environment.
• Prior experience in the cardiovascular therapeutic area is beneficial.
• Achievement orientation, self-motivation, initiative, independence and strong customer service focus.
