Medical Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Manager to lead our sales activities in Kenya. You will be responsible for driving growth of our medical device portfolio, building strong relationships with distributors and customers, and securing tender contracts across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets in Kenya.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
• Promote WEGO’s comprehensive product portfolio and tailored solutions.
• Manage distributor networks and support channel partners.
• Lead participation in public tenders, handling the full bidding process.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking and gather customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Represent WEGO at industry exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in medical device sales.
• Deep understanding of Kenya’s medical procurement and tender processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding into new markets.
• Fluent English with excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
