Medication Pronunciation Reviewer (Pharmacist/Technician)

About the role

We are seeking experienced U.S.-based pharmacists or pharmacy technicians to evaluate audio samples of spoken medication names for an AI-driven healthcare project. The role involves assessing pronunciation accuracy and providing structured feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to short audio clips containing medication names and determine if they are pronounced clearly and accurately.
• Score each sample using a predefined rubric and note any pronunciation errors or ambiguities.
• Participate in calibration exercises to ensure consistent scoring across reviewers.
• Provide concise written feedback when clarification or correction is needed.

Required profile

• Licensed Pharmacist (PharmD/RPh) or experienced Pharmacy Technician with professional practice in the United States.
• Strong familiarity with generic and brand‑name drug terminology used in U.S. pharmacy practice.
• High attention to detail and ability to distinguish subtle pronunciation differences.
• Proficient written and spoken U.S. English.

Required skills

• Ability to follow detailed evaluation rubrics and apply scoring criteria consistently.
• Experience communicating medication names verbally with patients or healthcare professionals.
