Models Wanted - Adults, Kids and Teens

About the role

BICFEST Talent Management is seeking photogenic adults, kids and teens for a part‑time modeling programme in Nairobi. Selected candidates will receive professional training and be considered for fashion, commercial and brand representation opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Attend scheduled training sessions and workshops.
• Participate in catwalk, posing and confidence assessments.
• Represent the agency at local and international casting calls.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to agency guidelines.

Required profile

• Male or female, aged appropriately for adult, teen or child categories.
• No criminal record.
• Photogenic, confident and presentable.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Previous modelling experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Basic catwalk and posing techniques.
• Ability to follow direction and take feedback.
• Strong personal presentation.
