Motorbike Sales Representative – Westlands

About the role

Linespark Limited is seeking energetic Motorbike Sales Representatives to expand its presence in the Westlands area. You will be the front‑line link between the company and retail/wholesale customers, ensuring product availability and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily route plans to visit existing retail and wholesale customers, maximizing product availability.
• Identify and onboard new retail outlets to increase market share.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets while ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shopkeepers, distributors and vendors.
• Ensure products are well‑displayed, stocked and correctly priced at points of sale.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing and market trends, and report insights to the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of active sales experience in the FMCG sector.
• Valid driving/riding licence with a motorbike endorsement.
• Proven ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and varied weather conditions.
• High school certificate; a diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, honest, resilient with strong time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic mobile sales applications.
• Experience using POS (point‑of‑sale) systems for order booking.
