Network & Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

The Network & Infrastructure Support Engineer ensures the stability, security and efficiency of the company's IT environment by monitoring, maintaining and troubleshooting network, server, storage and virtualization components.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot network, server, security, storage, compute and virtualization infrastructure.
• Configure VLANs, trunking, STP/RSTP, IP addressing, switching and basic routing.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, physical server hardware and VMware virtualization platforms.
• Handle L1/L2 incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, resolve routine issues and escalate complex problems.
• Support infrastructure installations, upgrades, patching, testing and preventive maintenance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in network and infrastructure support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with good documentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• VLAN configuration, trunking, STP/RSTP, IP addressing, switching and basic routing.
• Windows and Linux server administration.
• VMware virtualization management.
• Storage systems and backup solutions.
• Infrastructure monitoring tools.
