Part Time Lecturer – Insurance Principles and Policies

About the role

Maseno University is seeking a part‑time lecturer to deliver courses on Insurance Principles and Policies. The successful candidate will join the Faculty of Business and Economics to provide high‑quality instruction and support to undergraduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials and practical sessions on insurance topics.
• Prepare and grade assignments, examinations and other assessment materials.
• Ensure compliance with the university’s educational quality control and assurance standards.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional insurance qualifications are an advantage.
• All academic and professional certificates, transcripts, a recent payslip and three referee letters must be submitted.
