Learning Specialist, 2 Hour Learning (Remote)

About the role

Join a remote team that helps K‑8 students master academics in just two focused hours a day. You will turn AI‑generated performance data into real‑time interventions, coach students live, and design next‑generation AI solutions to accelerate learning.

Key responsibilities

• Produce accurate academic data reports, analyze anomalies and trigger fixes within 48 hours.
• Host rapid‑response rescue calls and post‑assessment coaching sessions to resolve learning blockers.
• Evaluate new educational apps, design AI/LLM prototypes, and innovate learning strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor evolves.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of coaching, training or instruction experience with K‑8 students in one‑to‑one or small‑group settings.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on data analysis combined with direct learner support.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for lookups, filters, pivot tables, charts, etc.
• Minimum 6 months using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot in professional workflows.
• Availability to work core hours 8:00 AM‑12:00 PM U.S. time, Monday‑Friday.
