Part Time Lecturer - Tax Law and Practice

About the role

Maseno University is seeking a qualified individual to join its faculty as a Part‑Time Lecturer in Tax Law and Practice. The successful candidate will deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses, contribute to curriculum development, and support students in mastering tax legislation and its practical application.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars on tax law topics.
• Prepare and grade assignments, examinations and case studies.
• Ensure educational quality through testing, assessment and feedback.
• Participate in academic quality assurance and accreditation activities.
• Collaborate with department staff on research and curriculum improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; a professional tax qualification is an advantage.
• All academic and professional certificates, transcripts and a recent payslip.
• Three referees’ letters; disability applicants must attach an NCPWD certificate.
