Part Time Lecturer – Transport Economics

About the role
The University seeks a qualified part‑time lecturer to deliver courses in Transport Economics. The position involves teaching undergraduate and possibly postgraduate students, contributing to the academic community, and supporting curriculum development within the Faculty of Economics.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars on Transport Economics.
- Design, administer and grade assignments, examinations and other assessment tools.
- Participate in curriculum review and development to ensure relevance and academic rigor.
- Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
- Engage in departmental meetings and contribute to quality assurance processes.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Economics (or a closely related field).
- Demonstrated ability to teach at the university level.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Eligibility to work in Kenya.
