About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Operations & E‑commerce Assistant to support the daily running of Ben’s Originals in Nairobi. The role combines product management on Shopify, order coordination and general administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Upload and update product listings on Shopify.
- Coordinate order administration and fulfilment.
- Track stock levels, invoices and expenses.
- Handle customer email inquiries.
- Perform simple design tasks using Canva.
- Maintain accurate spreadsheets in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Provide general office administration support.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Hands‑on experience with Shopify and Canva.
- Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent attention to detail and written English.
- Ability to stay organised and follow through on tasks.
