Part‑Time Lecturer – Financial Institutions & Markets

About the role

Maseno University is seeking a part‑time lecturer to teach courses on financial institutions and markets. The successful candidate will join the Faculty of Business and Economics to deliver high‑quality instruction to undergraduate students.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials and practical sessions on financial institutions and markets.
• Prepare and grade assignments, examinations and other assessment materials.
• Ensure compliance with the university’s quality assurance and educational testing standards.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline (professional certification is an advantage).
• Demonstrated ability to teach at the tertiary level.
• Willingness to submit a complete application package including CV, academic and professional certificates, transcripts, recent pay slip and three referee letters.
