Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive

About the role

Simba Corporation is seeking a dynamic Passenger Vehicle Sales Executive to drive automotive sales across the Rest of Kenya, focusing on the Westlands area. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers, building a robust pipeline of vehicle sales opportunities.
• Prepare accurate quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Maintain and update customer information and sales stages using CRM systems.
• Collaborate with finance and fleet teams to offer tailored financing solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a comparable customer‑facing commercial role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of vehicle financing, fleet sales, or key account management is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and customer management.
