Post Graduate Program Coordinator – Business & Economics

About the role

The Post Graduate Program Coordinator will manage postgraduate programmes in Business and Economics at Zetech University. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures smooth academic administration, compliance with university policies, and high standards of research and teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate admission, registration, orientation and progression of postgraduate students.
• Advise students on programme requirements, supervise allocation of supervisors and monitor research progress.
• Ensure research proposals, theses and dissertations meet institutional quality standards and coordinate defenses, seminars and examinations.
• Liaise with internal and external examiners, maintain accurate records and prepare reports on enrolment, progression and graduation.
• Collaborate with academic staff on curriculum review and support initiatives that promote research excellence.

Required profile

• PhD or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline.
• At least three years of experience in academic administration or programme coordination at a private university.
• Demonstrated leadership potential, ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
