Post Graduate Program Coordinator

About the role

The Post Graduate Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing postgraduate academic programmes at Zetech University. The role ensures effective administration, compliance with university policies, and supports students throughout their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate admission, registration, orientation and progression of postgraduate students.
• Advise and support students on academic matters, programme requirements and regulations.
• Allocate and approve supervisors, monitor research progress and ensure compliance with institutional guidelines.
• Organise proposal defenses, progress seminars, oral examinations and thesis examinations.
• Liaise with internal and external examiners to facilitate timely examinations.
• Prepare reports on enrolment, progression, completion and graduation.

Required profile

• PhD in Educational Management, Educational Administration, Curriculum Development, Educational Leadership or a related discipline.
• Masters and Bachelors degrees in related fields from an accredited university.
• At least three years of experience in a similar role at a private university.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
