Product Quality Supervisor – Warehouse (Medium Capacity)

About the role

The Product Quality Supervisor ensures that all products received, stored, and dispatched from a medium‑capacity warehouse meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role is central to maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance with safety SOPs, and the overall integrity of agricultural supplies delivered to farmers.

Key responsibilities

• Verify inbound accuracy by matching delivery notes with physical stock.
• Ensure dispatch accuracy, loading correct batches and quantities.
• Maintain bin accuracy and enforce FEFO/FIFO protocols.
• Oversee internal transfers, guaranteeing booking and dispatch precision.
• Monitor warehouse standards, including stacking, hygiene, and temperature control.
• Supervise PQ processes such as auditing, sorting, labeling, re‑bagging, and recertification.
• Document all PQ activities to satisfy compliance and government‑relations requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse operations or quality assurance within an agricultural or similar supply‑chain environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Capability to manage documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
