Regional Director of Programs & Partnerships – Kenya (Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate leader in education and community development. As Regional Director, you will establish, grow, and oversee educational programs while building strategic partnerships with schools, universities, community organisations and government entities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and connect with educational institutions, foundations and community organisations to drive regional development.
• Develop trusted relationships with principals, teachers and institutional leaders.
• Generate leads, secure contracts and manage funding opportunities.
• Customize and oversee delivery of programmes in STEM, arts, theatre, technology and professional development.
• Ensure quality standards, measure impact and convert successful programmes into long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Experience in business development, partnerships, educational sales or programme management.
• Exceptional communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial, adaptable and results‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of Kenya’s educational ecosystem (preferred) and advanced English (C1).
