Regional Market Access Lead – Market Dynamics

About the role

PATH is seeking a senior Regional Market Access Lead to drive the INNOVATE initiative, which expands oxygen access across India, Kenya, Malawi, Nigeria, and Senegal. The role will guide business‑model pilots, support country teams, and shape sustainable oxygen delivery solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and co‑create business‑model pilots across all project countries with ministries of health, consortium partners, and advisory boards.
• Oversee research protocol development, evaluation plans, and data collection in partnership with international research teams.
• Provide technical guidance to country teams from pilot launch through operation, including training material development and facility preparation.
• Lead the PATH Kenya team in executing pilots, securing political buy‑in, and delivering tailored technical assistance to pilot firms.
• Collaborate with PATH global and advocacy teams to scale successful pilots across East Africa and engage potential investors.

Required profile

• Extensive business and leadership experience in complex healthcare or oxygen markets.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑stakeholder initiatives and influence government and private sector partners.
• Strong analytical skills to develop financial models, revenue streams, and evaluation frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for senior‑level stakeholder engagement and technical guidance.
