Regional Marketing Representative – Education Sector

About the role

The Regional Marketer will promote and sell Pen to Paper Writers' educational products across assigned schools and institutions in the Westlands area. This contractor position focuses on building relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets within the education sector.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and market educational products to schools and other institutions.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct product presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
• Meet agreed‑upon sales targets and report progress.
• Gather customer feedback and market information to inform strategy.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports.
• Represent the company professionally during field visits and meetings.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing (advantageous).
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good organisational and reporting capabilities.
• Familiarity with schools and educational institutions in Kisumu is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned sales territory.
