Regional Team Leader - Nairobi North

About the role

Career Directions Limited (CDL) is hiring a Regional Team Leader for the Nairobi North area. The role monitors key performance indicators, identifies areas for improvement and implements best practices to drive continuous growth. It involves regular reporting to senior management and keeping regional initiatives aligned with company-wide goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, ad-hoc and monthly reports on regional performance and individual KPIs to senior management, and cascade reports to zonal and cluster levels.
• Ensure regional operations comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs in the region and give feedback to product and service development teams.
• Make sure all agent queries in the territory are handled to maximum satisfaction.
• Track team performance metrics so that targets and goals are met or exceeded.
• Provide guidance, training and professional development opportunities for team members.
• Act as the main point of contact between regional teams, the back office and senior management.
• Carry out other analytical and administrative duties assigned by the line manager from time to time.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or Mathematics.
• 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
