Regional Telesales Agent

About the role

The Regional Telesales Agent will convert leads generated from ElimuTab's regional advertising into tablet sales by contacting interested customers, understanding their needs, and directing them to the appropriate retailer or distributor.

Key responsibilities

• Call leads generated through regional advertisements and promote ElimuTab tablets.
• Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and follow up to convert leads into buyers.
• Direct customers to the correct regional retailer or distributor to complete the purchase.
• Maintain regular communication with customers until the sale is finalized.
• Collaborate with regional retailers to stay informed about product stock, offers, and availability.
• Track leads and sales, record all activities accurately in the CRM, and share updates with the sales team.
• Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and converting telephone leads into sales.
• Diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Experience using a CRM or sales management system.
• Basic computer skills, including email and data entry.
