About the role

BayCare Health Systems is seeking experienced Operating Room/Circulator Registered Nurses for seasonal, 13‑ to 26‑week assignments across its network of 16 nonprofit hospitals. The role is based in the hospital setting, providing direct patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

Independently care for a group of patients using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegate appropriate patient‑care activities to other members of the health‑care team.
Identify patients at risk for injury and prepare the room environment accordingly.
Serve as preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Required profile

Active Registered Nurse license.
BLS and ACLS certifications.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
Minimum 18 months of RN experience in an acute OR setting (2 years preferred).
Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred.
Independent transportation for assignments.

Required skills

Cerner EMR proficiency.
BLS/ACLS certification.
