Relationship Officer – Logbook Loan

About the role
The Relationship Officer will manage logbook loan collections, ensuring timely repayments and maintaining strong client relationships. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Nairobi and reports to the loan recovery team.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on overdue bodaboda loan repayments.
- Conduct field visits to borrowers for verification and collection.
- Update collection records and maintain accurate databases.
- Prepare regular recovery reports for management.
Required profile
- Minimum Diploma in Sales & Marketing or any business‑related field, or KCSE certificate.
- At least 2 years experience in debt collection or loan recovery, preferably in micro‑finance.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
