About the role
The Collection Officer will manage overdue Bodaboda loan repayments, conduct field visits, maintain accurate collection records, and produce recovery reports for Phoenix Capital.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up on overdue Bodaboda loan repayments.
- Conduct field visits to borrowers.
- Update collection records regularly.
- Prepare and submit recovery reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in short‑term loan sales and collections.
- Good understanding of SME loans and lending processes.
- Ability to negotiate repayments and meet recovery targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
