Remote DTC Sales Representative – Medical Weight Loss

About the role

HealSend is seeking motivated remote DTC Sales Representatives to promote its doctor‑guided medical weight‑loss program. You will engage intent‑based leads who have shown interest in GLP‑1 therapies such as Semaglutide and Tirzepatide, explain the program, and guide qualified prospects through the signup process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact interested customers by phone and present HealSend’s weight‑loss options.
• Explain program details clearly and answer questions about GLP‑1 treatments.
• Assist qualified prospects in completing their enrollment.
• Follow up professionally with leads that require additional education.
• Use approved messaging and adhere to compliance guidelines.
• Represent HealSend in a confident, professional manner.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience in sales, cold calling, appointment setting, customer service, or call‑center environments.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Reliable internet and phone access for remote work.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and follow scripts.
• Willingness to work on a commission‑based independent contractor basis.
