• Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing abilities.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in high‑volume, fast‑paced hiring environments.
• Experience in BPO, IT, or customer service is a plus.
