Sales Agent – College Programme Marketing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Agent to promote our college programmes to prospective students. The position is based on‑site in Utawala, Nairobi, and requires the candidate to be a resident of Utawala or its surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential students and partners to generate enrolments for college programmes.
• Conduct presentations and information sessions about the educational offerings.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, follow up on enquiries and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Report sales activities and results to management on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Medical or a related field.
• At least one year of proven sales experience.
• Experience in marketing a learning institution is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and people‑oriented attitude.
• Resident of Utawala or its environs.
